I love PPL, it just works for me and I respond running generally 5-6 movements for 5 sets of each.

Looking for movements I don’t do enough of though.

Today is pull day and I’m trying to think of some variations I’m not doing enough of.

Looking for your input

Adjust the angles at which your shoulders go back. Try pinching shoulders up to your ears or the to the top of shoulders then the shoulder blades together then the middle of your back. Use light enough weight so you can isolate those movements trying to use the targeted muscles. If using a machine adjust where you place your hands and the height of the seat. You can hit lower chest middle chest and upper chest with a peck deck depending on arm placement and chair height. I also like to do one arm crossovers on pec deck to get a longer range of motion. Just little adjustments of these things will make a big difference

You’re just really getting started packing on muscle if you can stay on cycle with the BP.

I would focus on the major compounds and less isolation work. Then once you’ve built a good base with some decent strength, add in more specialized isolation work.

On cycle Or off cycle, I’m still working out.

Just looking for different accessories, compounds always stAy similar. They are thE Main course.

There’s always been a train of thought that rows, pull-ups and deads are about all you really need for a true back workout.

All the rest is fluff n buff
