Adjust the angles at which your shoulders go back. Try pinching shoulders up to your ears or the to the top of shoulders then the shoulder blades together then the middle of your back. Use light enough weight so you can isolate those movements trying to use the targeted muscles. If using a machine adjust where you place your hands and the height of the seat. You can hit lower chest middle chest and upper chest with a peck deck depending on arm placement and chair height. I also like to do one arm crossovers on pec deck to get a longer range of motion. Just little adjustments of these things will make a big difference
You’re just really getting started packing on muscle if you can stay on cycle with the BP.
I would focus on the major compounds and less isolation work. Then once you’ve built a good base with some decent strength, add in more specialized isolation work.
