Definitely miss him. He was a great coach and a great man. I’ll get with @Omegaman ans see when we can get this. My training days are off since I’m dealing with snow where I’m working this week. So I may be able to hit hams with him. See if he will hook the machine up to my hams.
Ben’s gym has so many damn good leg machines and his lead trainer said I wouldn’t have to worry about traditional barbell squats with that variety of leg machines.
