I do the same thing when I’m lifting heavy. Which I haven’t done in a while. It’s like your adrenaline is going and you can’t shut it off. Once you do your done.
 
Well your a fighter too and your guys conditioning is insane!!! Wrestling is like that also. The kids complain about their conditioning but when they win in the third round against a better wrestler they don’t complain lol.
 
My shoulders need the rest but I’ll do 100 hip thrust give or take a few
