Ya I forgot about veggies having fiber I was thinking about grain. I just got some Metamucil from the store. I am eating eggs, peanuts, fish, shrimp, beef, pork, turkey, beans (not much),chicken, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt. So lots of variety. I can’t eat the same thing over and over unless it’s chicken wings or pizza.
 
Have a question about my workout schedule. I am doing upper body one day then legs and core the next them day off then upper body next day then legs and core next day then whole body next day then day off then repeat. I am working
Them hard for two hours at least each day. Am I giving my muscles enough time to repair with the cycle I am on to get the most benefit?
 
Do feel like you are getting enough rest. I was doing push pull legs push pull legs then bis and rear felt on Sunday if time and was fine until recently now I’m starting to feel overworked.
 
My
Traps and delts and lats are feeling punished. I know without gear if I don’t rest them enough the don’t rebuild as fast. Is it the same with gear or can we work them more and they repair faster?
 
Everything heals faster, but you will never safely get around rest brother. Adrenal fatigue is up in debate but central nervous system fatigue isn’t, its real and it makes you feel like crap. If you got someone handy get a flashlight and let them shine it in your eye. If the pupil won’t stay small then thats your nervous system telling you im fried. In that case you need to deload for a bit. The cns is where the power comes from.
 
I can see it pulsing. Its ok to take a day or two off, when you see that or notice irritability lathargic symtoms pump the breaks a little bit. Gear will allow you to have some incredible endurance and healing, but the cns is no joke brother. It will sit you down. I’d take a day probably 2 as protien synthesis can take up to 48hrs you will still be growing and healing. When you go back you’ll notice a burst of strength and capacity brother
 
Wow. So much I don’t know. That’s probably why I felt a little weaker during yesterday’s workout. I managed to get myself pumped up enough to finish it. However I will learn from this and watch for it from now on. Thank a lot brother. I’ll be back at it early next week. Maybe go do some fishing.
