I’ve been. Getting spasms in the muscles I train once I go on break at work. So know the feeling literally had to pull my arm open from forearm seizing up yesterday
 
Not going wrong by taking both impa and hgh (especially since you have a year supply paid for) and you are on the right thinking path with the tricking your body to continue to make it part, but if you stay on hgh long term dropping the impa will have very minimum impact on your results and could save you some $$$, just my 2 cents brother, proud of where you have made it, look forward to seeing where you make it to
 
Ouch @Dirtnasty. I am hoping I can zero in on the right supplements and hydration so it happens minimal at best. Gonna try the pedialyte our brother mentioned in a couple posts back. Think he might be on to something. When I am working in the ceiling with my head up splicing wires I get a tingling sensation in my traps. It even burns a bit. Tolerable but still would like to figure it out along with the cramps.
 
You might actually be drinking to much water and actually flushing out the electrolytes that you need. Possibly adding coconut water maybe pedialyte or even a water additive to help keep your electrolytes up brother

Thanks for the info @Bigmurph. Got close to 400 grams protein and the calories weren’t really as bad as what I thought. I need more calories than that per day just to maintain my current weight.

Managing this diet won’t be so bad just gonna have to make sure I have what I need on hand ahead of time.
 
Ya. Energy is good. Kicking the kids asses at soccer more now lol. I paced out the eating over six times during the day I figured it was the only way to not get over full and get tired. No need to worry about the language @Bigmurph. Lmao. I say that shit all the time at work.
 
This is good stuff brother, good to see you achieving and exceeding your goals and pushing yourself in setting new ones. I’ll be checking in on your log. I just got back in the gym myself and i just feel like I destroyed every muscle fiber in my upper body lol Damn that’s a lot of protein but your doing it 👍 inspiring.
 
Hahaha. I need 4500 calories per day just to maintain my body weight. Don’t think that’s all for me. Have kids too they can eat and never stop and never get fat. You remember those days brother. I miss them. Lol
