All right boyz, 5 weeks in so be easy. So far happy with the results. Will be making changes to diet and gear weeks 8-10. I started at 210lbs and currently at 211lbs dropping fat and increasing muscle. Once I hit weeks 8-10 I’ll start focusing on trimming down to 202lbs.
That vien in your bicep stands out in this pic compared to last so you either lost bf or gained mass probably both.
Your abs actually look tighter nothing crazy but noticeable.
Keep killing it brother you look great and you got plenty of time left.

Had a minor setback. Started to drop weight before intended time. I think it was due to the Tren and always being hot with a high metabolism. I was eating the same caloric intake but noticed I was dropping weight. So I increased my caloric intake slightly and seemed to have reversed the drop. I also dropped the Tren for now since I ran it for 6 weeks. So test p and npp right now weekly with SRX hulk juice PWO on leg and chest days. I also noticed a slight decrease in strength my first week off Tren. I hope this does not continue and levels off as well. I will post another update and the end of the week. Sorry no pic but not much has changed since the last one. Goal is still the same. Increase lean muscle and reduce body fat. I will remain like this until 6/8 and then transition to focus on cutting between 6/8 and 7/4. I will also drop the PWO at this time and add 50mg Winnie ED. May or may not also run SRX cut mix at 150mgs EOD. Will depend on how I feel overall and also on how my hair is holding out. So far it’s been alright at 8 weeks.
