Yeah man, doing well. Loving SRX hulk juice. Gives me a nice kick for my workout. PIP is quite painful and so more shoulder shots for me lol. Even noticed the strength gains I lost after I dropped the Tren are negligible now. Looking a bit wider and denser. Want to post good pics soon just haven’t gotten around to it. Just got a lot going on right now, in the middle of closing on a new house in the next couple of weeks and my daddy do-list keeps getting bigger and bigger lol. Thanks for checking up. This is a great community and I really enjoy being a part of it. I will try to be a more active member.

Quick physique update photo. Still hovering around 208 - 210. BF percentage seems to still be dropping slightly without sacrificing muscle mass. Another week or so will start to decrease caloric intake slightly while maintaining cardio level. After 1st weeks results, may increase cardio to achieve weight reduction. Want to minimize decreasing calories by increasing cardio.
 
When I cycle in whinny in the past, I always just took my 50mg with breakfast in the morning. Wondering if I should break it up 25mg AM and 25mg pm PWO? Also I have enough to run for 6 weeks but normally in the past only ran for 4 weeks due to liver toxicity. Think it’s worth running it the extra two weeks? So it would be 650 test, 450 npp weekly with 50mg daily whinny starting in 1 week.
 
Well I read a lot of helpful material since my last post and splitting the whinny up into two doses is the way to go. Will be starting that today. Also decided to not run the cut mix but will be adding Var at 50mgs daily split into two doses. I will run both for the remainder of this cycle (about 6 weeks). I will be focusing on increasing cardio, more reps, and reducing carbs and fats but keeping caloric intake as high as possible. Will have to increase my protein intake from 225g to about 275 - 300g daily. Will continue to drink lots of water and have included milk thistle as well. I will also be increasing my fish oil doses from 1200 To 3000mgs daily. Will also be adding 1 serving of Metamucil to keep the plumbing good lol.
 
So weigh in this morning at 204.5lbs. So starting to cut weight and I was expecting the first week to be the most dramatic with losing 2.5lbs. Goal for the remaining 6 weeks is 1 - 1.5 lbs per week with an end goal weight of 195 - 197lbs. Starting to show some vascularity in my calves and seeing some definition in my quads. So far I am happy with progress. Just a reminder I am running 600 - 650mgs test prop, 400 -450 npp, 50mgs whinny, and 50mgs of var. 60mins of weights and 30 mins of cardio daily with an off day every 5th day. Calories are between 2,300 - 2,500 a day.
 
What are you running for liver support? I would add some glutathione if you’re running Var and winny. Your lipids/cholesterol have potential to be a wreck after that combo… but you should look like granite when done!
