About 6 weeks in now and nothing dramatic but small improvements. Starting to split my workouts not am and pm so doing 2 a days 4 days per week. Still playing with calories a bit. Just cut carbs back by 50-75 per day
A time I’m happy to try and help. Adding carbs right before a workout unless they are simple sugars doesn’t really do much. You are not going to digest that and store it the muscle . That happens during recovery
I’m probably goi got incorporate hang cleans into my program at some point just can’t get comfortable with racking yet on shoulder miss explosive movements
I always had shitty wrist mobility but I think that helps my bench. Right now I’ve been working shoulder hard cause of injury yarn I feel it’s more them just getting too tight than any real damage I wish I had video of me cleaning about 400 just straight from floor to almost standing straight up no front squat no racking it’s elbows forward it was ugly. I was told if I had form the numbers would have been much higher
