That’s pretty damn impressive. The stretches I’d give you take 5 min amd you can do them anywhere
 
After this damn shutdown is over, over worked 70+ hours since Saturday, I have today and tomorrow left, which should be back to normal hours, so I’ll let my body decompress and hit the gym Saturday
 
One week??
I’ve done a couple 80hr weeks during season at work but that would have broken me possibly there’s only 168hr in a week. Lol you are a soldier
 
One thing I find is that eating complex carbs (high protein with oatmeal) about an hour before a workout does seem to trigger an insulin reaction in me and make my muscles fuller.
 
That’s why I’m as beat up as I am today unfortunately. Too much work amd not enough time with family
