After this damn shutdown is over, over worked 70+ hours since Saturday, I have today and tomorrow left, which should be back to normal hours, so I’ll let my body decompress and hit the gym Saturday

I’ve done a couple 80hr weeks during season at work but that would have broken me possibly there’s only 168hr in a week. Lol you are a soldier
In my world, when things are busy, 80-100 hours a week is typical. In March of 2020, when all the shit hit the fan financially, I worked 339 hours. It almost killed me.
One thing I find is that eating complex carbs (high protein with oatmeal) about an hour before a workout does seem to trigger an insulin reaction in me and make my muscles fuller.
