I just know I have inured everything imaginable over and over from maintaining very low body fat year round. I never consumed fat. I can tell my muscles are slowly feeling better since adding fats. I’ve been told for years by other bodybuilders I needed dietary fat, but I’m pig headed.
I believe that it makes sense all compounds that dry and lean you are known to cause tendon and soft tissue issues and injuries. Some fats would probably help this from happening until after the cycle and you won’t be putting so much stress on the body I believe that it makes alot of sense

Yeah, for sure, all the DHT derivatives will cause the injuries if you stay on them and stay dry too long. They sure make you look good good though. Haha
