For me that was half the battle. Sometimes the bar would feel like a blasted ton and would mess with my head… bench the same way. Towards the end I would take my warm ups with bands on the bar. That helped.
I’ve decided at some point before next meet I’m getting script anadrols and goign to do a short two week run with them and see how much difference I can tell then ugl ones

The way I liked today came off chest good then right I to jhook. I don’t think I had look out either way but guys spotting may not have done best lift off but they did gret letting me grind and get that stimulus. Finally got bpc and tb today so dead’s tomorrow then time to heal

I had 400 pound clean with the worst form you can imagine snatch never went higher than 225 again shit form I have trouble tell ass to drop when weights going up
Yeah if I had tried the bench a week Pryor I would have likely had it then. But that day it was t there. It’s so hard to tell though as the bar is moving decently till it hits the hooks then we’ll to try and move bar back out and yo it’s was over but the guys let me try and do it which is more stimulus than if I had gotten it. Positive thinking
