Didn’t get the triple today hit jhook on first rep so had to rerack then only got two in second attempt. Not saying I had it first go but mentally I’m telling my self I had three if didn’t hit jhook haha

Chest machine tried the sit down 130x8x3 did not like as much as the other but I couldn’t add more weight to other
Incline 285x8x3. This got easier as sets went almost like roids hit late today was legit rpe 7

Looks like I forgot to pause on first rep of rope set today did 645x2 then shoulder said that’s enou go squatting today so just went through motions on leg ext and leg curls and went hard on back extensions
Even with not bracing till I start decent I don’t know when I started that bad I habit but when I do it other way I almost feel like too much is goig to head haba
