So rpe 8 this week on bench rep of 1. Not sure what I’ll do as I technically that would be the weight I did last week and I want to progress up weight
 
I’ve been taking 500mcg myself of BPC-157 per day. I noticed I have zero joint issues, I’m recovering quicker, and I’m sleeping like a baby. Definitely notice the 500mcg over the 250mcg a lot more.
 
I was doifn split doses of 250 a day. I’ll just do these three vials of premixed stuff at 1 iu 2 a day till it’s out if it gets here Saturday it will be the Friday before meet. Plenty of time to heal up especially not working that week
 
Busy today at work so luckily I only have to put ingot

It seems all the stress from continuous progression with no real Deload. is taking its tole again one of these day s I’ll notice the onset of this ai disease. On the bright side hit prs even when not being my best. Let’s see if it y passes as quickly as last time I’m not worried as it won’t linger till meet. I noticed I have some
Ulcers popping up in mouth is why I’m seeing it’s my body fighting itself again
 
Dead’s today only thing good is the dead lift bar is back on floor. I could use about 10 mores of sleep. Will sleep after breakfast till time
To leave for work tomorrow you can get that. Less fatigued than yesterday but we shall see after the dead’s
 
No lifting today slept some inguess no igf1 anymore so we shall see if I drop some

After getting like 3 hours of more sleep we got to weight. All the water that the igf put on me has seemed to come off and now to hot get these squats done so I can eat
