Today starts volume block of my prep. Supplementation is 800 test 400 deca 800 eq 5 ius hgj split 2/3
Again can’t post my exact l program out of respect do coach but I will say 25 rep leg press isn’t fun after four sets of decently heavy squats

Both t th was statements are true. I can already notice my hair is courser with the upping of doses it seems
 
Lots of light 3 Ct singles and high rep
Jms today need to work on form breakdown on that last set I started to feel chest get involved from elbows flairing to much.

6 sets of dead’s today luckily one top set 5 back off and three reps felt really good though db rows on other hand are hiring abs more than lats haha
 
Scheduled off day of training got sowm
Needed sleep then prep for featival and work after I eat. For time being decided to not take booze to festival just let the 2cb do its thing and have a good time
 
No just have to mentally do it. It would be nice just to make everything as close to what you do in meet
 
Man 365 starts to get heavy on third set of 7 ohp for 8 at 170 was plenty I need to wear belt feels liek my hernia I haven’t felt in kinths started to pop some. 2 Ct squeeze on machine flys are humbling

Met a couple here last night that work out at the gym of my first comp. I’m not the only person on gear here
