Looked up lift Mimi us press that is major pet of shoulder work I do to get ready for workouts
 
Here’s the log from last night. Workout started off good, sometime between squats and floor presses I got kinda light headed and weak feeling, almost like I was under nourished… I skipped seated rowes/weighted push-ups, but after this week there will be no more skipping exercises… and as I said earlier, Cuban Presses SUCK… I suggest you all try them

I have shoulders tonight and that may be my secind press movement light weight and works my rotator
 
Its holding a barbell like a javelin and doing the motion.
I don’t reccomend I see injuries unless you are prepared for a movement like this
 
2 dumb bells/plates shrug them up where forarm is 90 degree angle with upper arm…rotate them up and press over head. Strict form and controlled movements. I mixed them in and used a 10lb plate in each hand and that was it!
