I was in the gym for 2 years and pushed myself hard with diet and split routines. Back in the day, the guy I asked about cycles wouldn’t even talk to me till he seen my limits naturally. He then put me on my first cycle of TestC 500mg a week. Monday/Thursday 1ml. That was 12 weeks to see how I performed. And responded. From there my next cycle was a stack.
Anyways, make sure your natty solid. Then cycle. It will help you make HUGE gains. I don’t mean to sound preachy, just want you to get the best results. DIET IS KEY. If you don’t monitor your intake, depending on goals, you’ll become a big puffy guy and a couple months later start all over. Trust me. I have learned the hard way. Was figuring out this stuff by word of mouth. No internet when I first started. But listen to the brothers on here. Much experience and knowledge… once again, if I seem preachy. Was not the intent.
