UG Introduction, first time

Thanks for all of the greetings. My first question is where and how to post my questions? My situation is i am 38 yo 6’2 220 lbs. approx. 20% bf. I have been training regularly for 5 months. I am planing to run my first test e or c 8-week cycle followed by 3 weeks 50mg daily clomid pct. My focus has been strength\cardio training (P90x/crossfit). Should I focus primarily on lifting for 8-weeks or should i incorporate it into my current fitness regiment? Is my planned cycle the best for my current routine? Should my PCT be adequate, and any advice for utilizing the UG Muscle sponsers?
 
I currently focus on consuming no more than 2,340 calories. I don’t meal plan or pay much attention to my protein/carb ratio. I prep my own meals (no fast-food or deserts). Currently my major barrier is eat alot, and struggle to stay full at 2,340 calories.
 
Saying you don’t meal plan or pay attention, is a red flag right there, diet is of utmost importance regardless of what you want or don’t want…
 
I was in the gym for 2 years and pushed myself hard with diet and split routines. Back in the day, the guy I asked about cycles wouldn’t even talk to me till he seen my limits naturally. He then put me on my first cycle of TestC 500mg a week. Monday/Thursday 1ml. That was 12 weeks to see how I performed. And responded. From there my next cycle was a stack.
Anyways, make sure your natty solid. Then cycle. It will help you make HUGE gains. I don’t mean to sound preachy, just want you to get the best results. DIET IS KEY. If you don’t monitor your intake, depending on goals, you’ll become a big puffy guy and a couple months later start all over. Trust me. I have learned the hard way. Was figuring out this stuff by word of mouth. No internet when I first started. But listen to the brothers on here. Much experience and knowledge… once again, if I seem preachy. Was not the intent. Just helping you gain the max from your AAS.

I monitor my caloric intake, but after reading some comments I am investing in a scale tomorrow, and am going prep some meals. I have never strictly planned a diet. I am going to keep reading comments and watch some youtube to develop a protocol. Currently I eat a lot of grilled chicken thighs, eggs, and low-fat cottage cheese for protein. I want clarify…

I have experience training, my military weight was 205-210, but I had more mass and lower bmi. What would be the pros/cons of running a 12 week vs. 8-week cycle first time out?
