inject vs oral vs nasal … it all debatable for me I would
inject IM - for a muscle injury
Inject SQ - for something like a knee or achilles injury (no meat to inject into)
oral - gut issue
nasal - for blood/brain barrier issues
everyone responds differently and/or have different tolerances
500mcg of each daily if your wallet allows
adjust to what works if not
Split the BPC into morning and night if you don’t get the mix
It will really help keep the swelling down if you start asap
And it will help mitigate the scar tissue
You can mix all your peptides together of course to reduce the injections
