AMP Training Log/Progress

Today was one of those clean, no nonsense leg days where everything just synced nicely. Hit legs and abs, then wrapped it up with cardio. Legs were feeling nicely pumped, and that mid workout vascularity started creeping in, always a fire little reminder that the work is actually showing.

Diet’s been stupid easy lately. No cravings, no second guessing, just sticking to the plan and watching the progress roll in. Honestly feels like I'm hitting that groove where everything lines up training, food, recovery, all syncing together.

Cardio after legs had me sweating like crazy, but in the best way. That drenched shirt moment always hits different… makes the whole day feel complete and dialed in. Another solid one in the books

Back and biceps today, kept everything pretty controlled and it ended up being a really solid session. Went a bit heavier but stayed in a comfortable groove, and my back was responding well, good tension, good contraction, nothing forced. Biceps picked up a nice pump along the way, just that tight, steady feel that makes the whole workout flow better. Mentally feeling relaxed and confident, just taking things day by day and liking how the progress is showing. Wrapped up with some light cardio to finish it off, and tomorrow we’re right back to it.

Today was technically a day off from the gym, but not a full couch potato situation. Still got my fasted cardio done in the a.m. Had to shuffle my rest day around because life happens, but I’m big on not letting that turn into an excuse. Took it as a chance to actually recover instead of half resting and feeling beat up.
Used the day to fully recharge, food timing on point, stress low, and just letting joints and CNS breathe a bit. Body feels refreshed and ready to go absolutely crazy tomorrow.

Sleep has been a big focus lately and it’s finally paying off. Longer, deeper nights and way less tossing around. You can straight up feel the difference in recovery, mood, and how ready you feel to train when sleep is locked in. Recovery days done right hit different💪

Came in today just focused on getting quality work done and it turned into a really solid chest and triceps session. Kept things heavy but clean, slow controlled reps and good connection the whole way through. Strength feels right where it should be and nothing feels forced, which is always a good sign. Everything’s been moving in the right direction lately and it’s hard not to be hyped about the progress.

Coach is tweaking my macros a bit to keep things rolling, and honestly I’m curious to see how my body responds because fat loss has been coming off at a nice steady pace already. Feeling leaner, performing better, and still enjoying the process. Finished things off with cardio to wrap it all up and stay locked in. Huge appreciation to the USP team as well, the encouragement and support have been clutch through this whole journey. Just staying consistent and letting the work stack up.

Legs and cardio today. Leg session was smooth and strong, everything moved exactly how it should. Legs are definitely coming along and it’s becoming more obvious week to week. I’ve always said legs were my weakness, but I’m fully committed to turning them into one of my best features. Even while cutting, size has continued to increase, which tells me the work is paying off.

I genuinely enjoy the grind and the hard work that comes with bringing up a weak point. That process is what makes this all worth it.

Cardio was solid as usual, got it done without issue. Coach adjusted my macros and bumped calories up slightly to help keep training intensity high, and it showed in today’s workout.

Oil has been great, completely pip free and smooth. Best in the game.

On to the next session Tomorrow 💪

Back day in the books today. Focus was straight concentration on back with a little biceps work added in. I pushed the weight heavier than I’ve been lately, which is always a good sign. Strength is definitely climbing and it feels earned, not forced. Those moments where the contraction hits and the muscle just lights up with burn and fatigue are honestly what I live for. That mind to muscle connection was locked in the whole session.
Overall I felt good, solid, and in control. Perfect way to kick off the week and set the tone. Momentum is there and I’m not letting it slip.

Cardio had to get switched up today since every treadmill was taken over, so I hit the stationary bike instead. Still got it done, still broke a sweat, no excuses.
Good workout all around. We keep showing up, we keep pushing, and we keep stacking days.

Chest & Shoulders today. Solid session all around.
Went heavy like usual and everything just went smoothly. Strength keeps climbing, pumps were nasty, and every week I honestly feel better than the last. Body fat is steadily coming down, vascularity is popping more each session, and it’s one of those phases where you can feel the progress stacking up. Definitely getting closer to the goal.

Really looking forward to finishing this cut so I can flip the switch and start pushing food and size again. Laying the groundwork now.

Good day overall. Mentally in a great spot, physically feeling strong and healthy, and motivation is high. Just staying consistent and letting the process do its thing. Let’s keep it rolling!

Today was a full day off from the gym and I actually leaned into it instead of fighting it. Used the day to recover, catch up on rest, and really lock in on sleep since that’s been my main priority lately lol. No weights, no rushing, just letting the body do what it needs to do to keep progressing.

Work has been a bit stressful lately, and days like that remind me why the gym is such a big outlet for me. Training is where I get to shut everything else out and reset. I’d be lying if I said I don’t get drained sometimes, because it definitely happens, but I always pull myself back by remembering why I started and looking at how far I’ve come so far. That perspective keeps me grounded.

Big shoutout to my fiancée too. She’s been motivating me and pushing me just as hard, and having that kind of support makes a huge difference, especially on days when energy isn’t at 100%. Definitely lucky to have her in my corner.

A bit more of a personal log today, but I’ve got some fun events coming up this week, which should be a nice change of pace and finally a chance to show the physique outside of the gym lol. Overall, today did exactly what it needed to do. Recovered, reset, and got my energy back. Ready to get after it again.

Second day off the gym today, which honestly felt weird haven’t taken two consecutive days off in a minute. That said, it was well needed. Body feels fueled up, recharged, and ready to absolutely attack the coming weeks. Sometimes stepping back is exactly what lets you move forward harder.

I still got my fasted a.m. cardio in, so the routine didn’t completely fall apart. Took the rest of the day to actually live a little, went to an NBA game, enjoyed myself, did something different for once. Solid change of pace and honestly good for the head.

Now it’s back to business. Focus is locked back in on the goal. Tomorrow’s workout is about to be insane chasing that nasty pump and going even heavier than usual. Recovery done, batteries charged. Let’s keep the grind rolling 💪

Can’t forget there’s a life outside the gear and gym. My gf and I get stuck in routine all the time. Always good to step out of the routine and do something new.

Well said bro ! Definitely good reminder that we still have to live life at its fullest!

Back and biceps today. First day back after taking 2 days off and man… I missed this. Came in hungry, went heavy, and pushed every set until there was nothing left in the tank. No half reps, no leaving anything on the table.

The mind muscle connection today was on another level felt every single rep exactly where it needed to be. Days like this remind me why I love lifting weights so much. That locked in feeling, the grind, the burn, I honestly can’t get enough of it.

Did fasted cardio in the a.m. to kickstart the day, then smashed the session later on. Everything clicked today and it absolutely did not disappoint. Feeling motivated as hell and already excited to see how much more progress I can make going into next year.

USP gear stayed solid and came in clutch, feeling strong, focused, and dialed in from start to finish. Couldn’t have asked for a better day. We keep going forward better every day 💪🔥
