Sunday and Mondays log
Been out of it on the last 24 hours. Insomnia hit hard and couldn’t sleep at all on Sunday or Monday until I finally crashed Monday night. Finally managed 8hrs of sleep last night and feeling really good today. Changing things up, no more HGH before bed as I think that’s a major contributor to by body not being at rest. More sleep meds arriving to trial today, will continue to update as things progress.
Sunday was a rest day, same old stuff, hit steps, hit macros, cried a little watching the Rams lose to the SeaHawks for the 2nd time.
Monday:
Got off at 6am, decided to lay down first since I was pretty tired but no luck falling asleep. Laid there for a couple hours before I gave up and went to the gym. Still hit a very solid chest/shoulder day and progressed in a few of the lifts. Came home and had some protein waffles, bacon, and a protein shake, a HUGE meal, and passed out 15 minutes after. Not complaining because that was the most restful sleep I’ve had in a bit.
