Leg day will forever be my favorite, it’s the one lift where my ego never comes into play and there’s no holding back. Go hard or go home. Slept all day Saturday, work Friday night killed me with the storms we had. Spent half the night running around restarting equipment after multiple power outages…just what the legs needed after a brutal workout, a million stairs. Recouped some sleep and rested until I had to get moving for my shift.
