A day in the life of me

Got all my meals in today and on top of that had a “cheat meal” if you want to call it that. Turkey Club with rice and beans for the side lol.

No workout today. I had myself all geared up and ready to get some then got reminded “hey we have to leave in 20min to go to …” so that didn’t happen. So my pre-workout meal and post workout meal were just back to back meals.
 
I probably would have immediately said, is it on the calendar, and if it wasn’t, then I’m not going, calendar is my go to thing for plans…
 
For me if something like that wasn’t on calendar I would still go, but I would chastise the woman for not writing on calendar, I need things on paper

I tried some SBL TNE today. That was an interesting pin. I almost immediately got this itchy feeling on the tip of my tongue and then a strong taste of metal and maybe pepper. There’s no guiacol in it so that’s a plus because I freaking hate that nasty shit but it was still odd. I’ve never used any TNE or Test Suspension before so not really sure what to expect but it’s only 25mg/ml so I don’t expect anything too crazy.
 
5 meals down so far. Tough day for meals though. I had a doctor’s appointment and scheduled to get bloods this morning so I didn’t get to start eating until 10:30 today.

That sucks, Again I’m not as disciplined as you but I won’t force feed myself, I’m not into it enough, but I commend those that do.
 
Man I have literally just poured stuff in a bowl, put some water in it, mixed it all around and drank it down. I really do just have the necessity mindset going when it comes down to it. I’ll eat food cold, no seasoning, hard, mixed together, watered down, blended, whatever I need to do to get it in. Sure there’s days I screw up but I just get back into the next day.
