Woooo That was a tough one.

Preworkout meal: 4 eggs, 8oz chicken, 1 cup broccoli aprx 1.5hrs prior

Peri-workout: 2 Scoops Carbion+

Leg Day

Lying Leg Curls
BB Squats
Bulgarian Split Squats (Dropset of Death)
V Stance Goblet Squats
Stiff Leg Deads
Rope Crunches
Hanging Leg Raises
Standing Calf Raises

No Cardio today but I’ll be working it in far more often than I usually do during this workout

Light Interworkout stretching done during rest periods
 
On that same note, I’m thinking about getting bloods again next week or the week after to see how quickly this Trest is aromatising. I really want to learn what this compound does with my body and be able to utilize it the best I can. It has a lot of potential to run it low dose like 12.5mg ed through cycles or use it as a main compound for 50mg ED to 100mg EOD if you can control it
 
I’m pretty sure at this point that my body is seriously wondering what it did wrong to deserve all of this punishement.

Pre-workout meal: 1 scoop dymatize mass gainer, 2 scoops Levels Grass Fed whey, 1 banana, 1/2c oats, 2tbsp peanut butter, 8oz milk, 12oz of water all blended into a shake.

Post workout: 1 scoop Carbion+

Eating meal 5 in 1 hour.

Incline Bb Press
Incline Db Press with Drop set finishers
Pronated Incline Db Flys
Reverse Laterals/Pec Dec
Db Side Laterals with Drops sets and Iso finishers to failure
 
So far so good with the oils too. Not one bit of pip. @PHD I went back to glutes today. 1.7ml in the dorso glute with a 27g 1-1/4 and it went like butter. I’ll update on the progress of my ass tomorrow hahaha

Ass update … after what seems forever, I’m finally able to pin glutes again. No pip today from the 27g 1.7ml pin. I’m stoked because that adds 2 more spots back into rotation.

Well I’ve worked 52 hours in the last 72 hours so Ive got nothing to really share for workouts. On the other side, this Trest is kicking my estrogen up like crazy. I’ve been on 30mg a day and taken 30mg of Aromasin this week and my nipples are already starting to ache and get a little puffy. I’ll be upping the Aromasin to 10mg ED and see how that treats me. Might be time to run some Nolva as well just to be sure I kick the onset of gyno.
 
Another reason for proviron this situation it would definitely be helping and much better than nolvadex because nolvadex is going to crush your igf1

I just added Proviron in and I hadn’t planned on it but all this talk as of late got me thinking more about it I have only used it once before
 
That’s what I’m currently doing. I made a huge error last week. Straight rookie shit lol. I intended on only using 180mg of Test a week. So .3ml Monday and Thursday. I just realized yesterday that every day last week I pulled out all 3 bottles and was pinning 90mg of Test a day alll week. I’m a fuckin idiot lmao. I was sitting here thinking damn, my estro was floored how am I getting gyno sides so quick. Well there’s my flippin answer. I’ll pound aromasin and nolvadex this week and order some proviron. Now I’ll also reduce my Test to the 180 properly smh

I have only briefly read the profiles for proviron and I still don’t know much more than what I see in posts for dosing. I thought I might try it somewhere between 25 and 50mg a day.
