There are times that I miss it. Group of men all carrying their load and just hammering it out. Literally. ( Yes I know that sounds weird) Same goal same mindset. Get it done.

Ez bar reverse curls 3x13.
Not quite sure how I feel about the single hand cable curls. Just wanted to try it out.
