Day 64 shoulders chest Tris

Wicked pump today. Saw a new vein running right up in-between my tricep muscles. Idk if I like it.. but it's new

2 warm ups each cable laterals

Cable laterals 4x15 each
Machine shoulder press 3x15
Flat DB press 4x12
Incline BB 2x10 triple drop on both sets
Cable flies 3x13
Machine dips 3x15
Tricep press downs v bar 4x10
2x guillotine superset overhead tricep extensions x13, rope pulldowns x8, drop weight 30% bottom half partials. X8

Day 65 rear delts back bis

2 warm ups face pulls

Rope face pulls+ rear delt row super set X3
DB rows 3x15 each
Lat pulldowns 3x10 (1.5 reps)
Seated cable row SH together 3x13
Machine preacher curl 3x12 last 2 drop sets
Concentration curls 3x10 each
Alternating dumbbell curls 3x10 each
Ez bar curls 3x12 last 2 drop sets

Three warm-up sets leg extensions

Leg extensions 4x 15
Leg press 3x20
Seated leg curls 4x15
GHRs 3x7
Bulgarian split squat 3x8 each
Back squats 3x10
Horizontal press calves 5x20 last 2 double drop
 
Day 67. Delts chest Tris

4 warm ups db side lateral
Db side lateral 4x15 last set quadruple drop
Cable side lateral cross body 3x15
Incline bench BB 4x13 last set double drop
Flat bench BB 4x13 last set double drop
Low cable flies 3x15
Standing overhead BB press 4x7
Guillotine superset tricep 4 sets😉

Day 71. Back bis rear delt

2 warm up rear delt swings

Rear delt swings 4x20
Db row 3x15 each
BB row 3x15
Lat pulldowns 4x15 last 2 drop sets
Cable rope pullover 4x15
Standing cable curls 3x15
Hammer curls 3x12 last set double drop
Spider curls incline bench 3x12
Reverse EZ curl bar 2x12 double drop both sets

Pulled my lower back by lifting a tote of books. Left work early. Made sure I filled up the roll away dumpster first,.which put me at a stand still. Tonight is questionable..

That would be the 💪 in me not wanting to give up. With the dumpster full there was nothing left for me to do and then I left early.. was going to call it quits at 1045 but lasted till 130 when it was all said and done...... Anyways, I'm still in pain. This really sucks as there was just a 3 day break. Might call off tomorrow in hopes I can just workout in the evening. This is the final stretch and just my luck...... Oh, well.... All things work to get for the greater good......

Man if you can work work that’s more important than the gym as I’ve seen you post about financials not being great. Your not a pro so we still have to have priorities in our life
