Earlier in this log I said something about wanting a take naps and my thoughts were because of lifting heavier. I also have to remember and note that I quit smoking weed 3 weeks ago and the sleep is not exactly the same. With that, I've been up for almost an hour now pretending I'm going to go to sleep so I'm going to go make a protein shake. And try rest some more. I figured this would happen and I already have my oatmeal Soaking up in milk. Going to go add the other ingredients..,.. I mean I am bulking..
