Day 10 legs
I warmed up for about 5 minutes corporating lightweight leg extensions and seated leg curls.
Leg press X8
Squats x5
RDL x 4
Super set leg extensions and leg curls x4
So I went heavy but not as heavy as I would like to. I'm okay with that I mean it's only day 10. I listened to my body and figured what I had was enough weight Wise. As you can see I did throw some RDLs in. Arm Pain subsided enough so I threw some in. Think my brain was focused more on the leg pain than arm pain by then
. I really need to bring a paper and pen in with me. I keep forgetting. and I could be miscounting a set . Good day today
