"bodybuilding" has made me develop a hatred for food

CHOLULA the king of making things taste good. I like to grill chicken. Then cut it up. Mix it with spinach. Throw in some sunflower seeds. And cover in cholula hot sauce. And North Carolina east coast bbq sauce. It’s fucking awesome. And steak. 😊

I absolutely love mine. I’m lazy and meal prepping sometimes takes forever, this simplifies it 100 times over.
I cut my chicken into little cubes, little extra virgin olive oil, Himalayan pink salt, minced garlic, and pepper.
375 for 10 minutes, flip at 5 minutes…
In about an hour, I can have my whole week (protein) prepped.
 
So your not a cheater anymore, livin the path of the straight and narrow, sounds boring, but then again nobody asked my opinion anyways.
 
It gets tuff from time to time. I like phd’s advice season to your liking. I season all of my stuff, but watch my sugar, carb, and fat intake more than anything. You should get used to the texture overtime. You try different cooking methods im sure? Fried, bbq, boil, and bake. You just have to research and try new things. Flavor your food good though. Otherwise it becomes a constant struggle. I used to live this way for a long time.
 
Same, used to love eating now I hate it, a few times a year I take a day off & just fast, feels amazing lol
Also to answer your question, sometimes I watch a 20 min TV show/ YouTube Vid on Ipad etc while I eat & by the time the episode is over, BAM! everything on the plate is gone 😂 also I recently started drinking “Bang” energy drinks with my worst meal (breakfast) & it helps, plus it has no calories, & also 300mg caffeine which could be a pro or con depending on individual
 
Salmon 2 6oz portions.

cracked pepper/rosemary/lemon zest. Cauliflower mash. Mixed veggies. Cooked in olive oil med high heat 7 min a side. Great change from chicken. If you like fish
