You know that’s the worst part is taking the plates off after last set. The 505s went really good and I’m making sure to sink the back off sets so the heavier sets even if I stop a littler hire will be at depth
So I asked kabuki about specs on squat bar and the email they sent back was almost non readable. I think it said 55.15 for shaft length which would be alright for me as the texas is 56 I believe But I ll take the message not being readable as sign to just use what I have and get the kabuki is decide to keep competing
I video tape mine for coach otherwise that probably wouldn’t be a thing but it does help

May drop hgh to 4 ius all at night. I’m doing 6 split. And the past two days my forearms are killing me when I try and lift I forgot the shot Monday befor le gym no issues that day.
