With how much you distend after eating you may want to look into different carb sources. But then again, you have to eat so much you may not be able to limit to just certain carbs.
 
I don’t know why but I feel like I should move hands in to pinky on rings for bench I’ve moved them in each prep and it always feels better and my cg seems more comfortable
 
As the pro’s have said. Use whatever grip makes you the strongest.

You got a big wing span. BUT you have a strong cg press… maybe try and scoot them in.
 
I think you’ll see results are good Julius Maddox isn’t even in the rings when he bench’s. I’m going to have a long ways to push not matter what so may as well get the most power
 
Killer pumps for sure and cramps like a mothereffer for me, along with some serious acid reflux while also taking damn Nexium everyday.

Not saying it doesn’t work and gave me great strength and some good fullness last I did a round of 20mg/day PWO for just over 4 weeks, but all of that plus tired and lethargic AF!

Take away the lethargy and reflux for me and I’d be sold.
 
I just looked up for raw all time there have been 61 people total 2200. Not saying I will get 2200 total this meet but if they meet above 2100 I’m not sure
I’ll be able to call it quits just yet. Now u would have to move and maybe dedicate a year of my life
