Maybe a high test mast dhb run and see if I can drop some fat while maintaining or adding some strength. Big change to lifting is I’m going from healed shoes to trying to just do minimalist. I started to feel with higher weights I didn’t feel as stable in heeled shoes now if I can’t hit depth I’ll give the tyr wide toe box lifters. And go from there
