Dragon Pharma DHB and Superdrol Log

I’m really enjoying this Dragon Pharma oil. The oil is so much thinner than my pharma Test Cyp. I’m up about 3lbs so far and feeling more full. I’ve been up since 5am and only had 2 real meals and a protein bar, but I knew I was only gonna be able to get in the gym today and Saturday so I knew I need to man up and get my ass in the gym. Today bench actually felt really good.

I’ve had some gaps in my training days this week because of work. The week was suppose to be a deload week, but since training has been behind, Monday was deadlift training.

You better add 1mg of caber 2x a wk because your progestin levels are going to be through the roof,
You can easily get gyno from that and you could start lactating.

Ive got some caber on hand. I’ll prob start with .5mg 2x a week. Back at it this week. Fresh off a deload. Work was so crazy last week, I had one active recovery day and was out of the gym the rest of the week. Tues was squat day and back to a straight bar.

Tuesday’s bench went ok. I’m trying to tweak my set up, which is alway a humbling thing. I alway feel not as strong when changing my set up. Next week I’m playing on changing my training up so that I alway get to bench twice a week and I’ll squat and deadlift on the same day.

Work has been crazy, but still training 3 days a week. Getting in all my meals becomes the hard part. I had to pick up some heavier calorie weight gainer to use in to make sure I’m getting in all the calories. After taking with one of my training partners, I’m going to keep my training schedule the same. 1 day for squat, 1 for bench and 1 of dealifts. If I can squeeze in a 4 day it will be a bench and upper body accessory day. Monday was squat day

Bench went ok this week. I’ve started tweeting my bench and deadlift set up positions this week which was actually not really smart because this was the heaviest week of the block. Well, I don’t have a meet anytime soon so I guess it’s ok…

Yesterday was deadlifts and I was hoping for a good day so I thought it was time to start some of the Dragon Pharma Test Suspension. I pinned 100mg of the suspension about 2 hours before training. I have never used suspension like this. When I draw it up in the pin, it is clear with VERY little white. It does not look milky like I’m use to seeing. It looks like water with a few white floaters in it. It pins super smooth. No pip at all. I’m not sure if this is a sign of good suspension or not? Anyone ever use suspension like this? Training didn’t go as planned. I honestly didn’t work up as heavy as I planned. So of my training partner help me work on some of my technique issues.

The suspension didn’t hold me back. I more so held myself back so u could work on some technical issue in my sumo deadlift. I switch to sumo about a year ago and have never really been coached on how to pull sumo. I’ve alway pulled conventional and my best pull in a meet is 630 and 220. Not great but not terrible. I switched to sumo because I feel more safe pulling sumo with my hernia. Ive pulled 545x4 sumo about 6 months ago. Now that I’m back at a gym with more experience lifters than me I really want to get some of the technical issues fixed. I know to learn proper technique I’ll have to drop the weight a little bit because you can’t really fix something when you’re trying to lift 90 to 95% of your max. @Bigmurph but to the other question about the suspension, I’ve only used it twice so I don’t wanna make a decision yet, but I didn’t really notice much if anything. I was very surprised that it looked just like water in a syringe. I’m used to it looking milky white. It is white in the vile but when it draws up it’s almost just like water. Even though next week is a Deadload week I’ll probably still use a little bit just to continue to try it out
 
I would definitely like to hear more about it and wish you the best on getting your form it will definitely help.
Once I got certain forms down it stopped giving me issues with certain joints and your able to get what you really want out of it.
