Eating for a bulk and sleep

I’ve been down the donut stick road, all that did for me is add a couple weeks to cutting. I employ that method sporadically for a treat.
 
Oh when I cut it should be great I look forward to starting at 4000 calories a day and dropping fat hahah. Today is last day of dbol so hope to maybe drop water and then see the scale go back up again. Then again I don’t see whole bunch of water retention so maybe I’ll stick to where I am weight wise without it
