Word I looked at my schedule and I do t work till 6 pm that Friday so I can really dehydrate with gin the Thursday before. And then have time to rehydrate and workout before work

That was my problem last two weeks. The EQ makes me so hungry I feel like I’m gonna puke. 120 of clen would have me shaking like a tweaker. Holy fuck. 😂😂😂

How much t3 are you running?
 
Tisk tisk. Dude I can’t imagine how hungry you are. I ran. T3 50 at mcg for 1 day and was HANGRY all day.

Up to 100 I actually felt 75 was sweet spot for not too hungry just able to process the food goi g in every two hours. If I weigh lower than 250 come Monday please have to lower it Back down as i don’t want it eating muscle
