The difference between a dreamer and being focused is the dreamer wakes up when the nightmares come…when your focused you expect the nightmares and charge forward.
I’m always here @John just don’t always have time to post. Been in grind mode. :muscle:t2: Usually in the evenings I’m focused on grinding Overwatch and not checking the forums as much then.
Some of my upper back movements went down so I can concentrate on better form with higher reps. I tweaked my lower trap/rhomboid on right side so I’m a bit stiff, but no movements are acutely hurting me. Still, I feel like my upper back movements need work, so those weights can stay down. You can also see that I reduced/halted set increases in a few places.
Weights and sets are wonky cuz of nagging injury. I think I need to work on my upper back exercises in terms of form so I lowered weights across the board on these.
Yep! Hopefully the deload week here will give it a chance to settle down. I’ll be really careful with these going forward. Aiming for very high reps seems to be the ticket for safety.
