As you can see, it’s now taken me a few days to take off 0.1 lbs. so momentum is definitely slowing. I’m not sweating it tho. This was to be expected.

Week in Training​

Some of my upper back movements went down so I can concentrate on better form with higher reps. I tweaked my lower trap/rhomboid on right side so I’m a bit stiff, but no movements are acutely hurting me. Still, I feel like my upper back movements need work, so those weights can stay down. You can also see that I reduced/halted set increases in a few places.
 
Yep! Hopefully the deload week here will give it a chance to settle down. I’ll be really careful with these going forward. Aiming for very high reps seems to be the ticket for safety.
