Progress has been excellent. I’m adding weight to most of my lifts on a weekly basis and got a pretty damn good shape going on if the mirror has anything to say about it. Still a lot of fat to lose, but it’s coming off slowly.
My dosage seems pretty good and aside from some sleep issues, side effects are minimal. I did start to notice a bit of gyno but tamoxifen and increased anastrozole dosage fixed that right up.
Yeah I don’t follow any kind of program lol. I go knowing I’m training something then use whatever I can where there is the least amount of chuckle heads.
Went up on pull downs and biceps today. These 25s are a bit heavier than normal 25s, so a bit of a jump. I’ll be futzing with these for a while I’m guessing.
Very well for the most part. The ratings on the right measure my soreness and fatigue and except for my quad focused days I’ve been recovering fine! Been seeing fantastic gains too. Volume progression is awesome.

Do every set to fail? Your muscles must be taking a beating. How much time do you take between sets? It almost looks like cardio with weights lol.
