Fat is really coming off fast. Like, for the first time when I look at myself in the mirror I see a bodybuilder staring back at me. And. It. Is. Dope.
I think I found a pretty good stack for me to progress on for a while. Even though I’ve cut down the test a bit for now, eventually I’ll be upping it again in a future cycle.
My lifting partner is more and more engaged. At first it was difficult because he was so distractible. But as he’s gotten used to the template he’s become more consistent. Still, the other day he complained he was bored. Started talking about “shocking the muscle”. I groaned audibly. :roll_eyes:
I’ve been enjoying maintenance a lot! A couple of times a week I’ll go out to eat with fiancée or a date and have some drinks and dinner and I don’t seem to be adding any fat. On the contrary, I seem to be continuing to lose fat.
I did notice some gyno symptoms today. Luckily I’ve almost hit my out of pocket maximum this year. I’ve decided I’m pretty committed to bodybuilding so I’m seriously considering just having my glands ripped out basically for free. In the meantime, I dosed some caber (just in case) and started tamoxifen. I’m also going to up the anastrozole again since I seem to be pretty sensitive. The good news is that I still have quite a bit of fat on me, so its pretty hard to notice unless you’re really looking.
All in all things are going well. I’m noticeably bigger and more muscular than I was a few months ago and I’m not even finished with my macro cycle yet. The gyno is a bit of a bummer but tbh I don’t think it’s much more than a temporary speed bump. Let’s keep going!
