Having a great weekend with new gf. We rented out a condo on Airbnb in the nearby city center and are spending the entire weekend being hedonists. She’s basically insatiable, which is great because I’m on tren. We dropped these mushroom capsules and tripped balls while we fucked like crazy for several hours. We’re only a few hours into this weekend and it’s been a helluva ride.

We’ve got the fridge in the condo stocked with prepackaged meals I got at my gym and a whole load of fresh, whole food we got at the downtown grocer. I’ve stayed on plan so far with one small deviation: this crazy psilocybin 151 she brought with her. It’s nuts. We had a couple shots of that and I’m sure that is a cheat. Then again, maybe I burned it off already with the hours of sloppy, vigorous sex? Guess I’ll find out when I weigh in Monday.
 
I could never have sex while tripping tried it once and didn’t want to do that again lol that was lsd though mushrooms are a different game all together psilocybin is ok I always felt poisoned afterwards

Took the gf to a super dope hardcore gym downtown. Some of the equipment was way different so set numbers were slightly different as a result. Luckily, I’m doing an RIR based program, so I’m not too worried about the differences. We’re gonna go to the roof, swim and grill steaks and asparagus for lunch.

Had a fantastic weekend and came out of it mostly unscathed. I had some OJ l, rum and wine I shouldn’t have, but beyond that my nutrition was excellent. I broke my streak but I’m not sweating it — I’ve still got 30 days left before my planned diet break.

Getting my estrogen checked again on Friday. We’ll see where it’s at again and then I can adjust my arimidex as needed.

Having issues sleeping. Only getting 5-6 hours a night. It wasn’t this bad last time on tren. Stocking up on melatonin gummies, CBD oil and sleep aid meds. Gonna figure out this sleep thing on the tren cuz I really like this compound and the sleep thing is the only issue I’m having with it at the moment. That said, I could swap it out for EQ — but then I’d have to dink with my estrogen again. Or I could up the test. Thoughts?

Melatonin is also a hormone I would go with over the counter sleep aids such as pm anything over melatonin.

There’s so many sleep products nowadays

Keep doing what you are doing lower the dosage of trenbolone and see if that helps if not drop it and finish without or stop now clear system except trt dosage of testosterone and then jump on new cycle.
 
Yeh I’m thinking that’s a good idea. Think I’ll drop the tren and get the estrogen stabilized then I’m gonna add in more test and work on my anti estrogen dosing.
