Ohhh that. Okay so they don’t publicly admit to using steroids. I think Mike Israetel was caught with a Dragon Pharma vial in a past picture. But mostly they focus on diet and workout stuff. They are very science based and nearly their entire coaching staff is made up of PhDs
 
I don’t doubt that at all but shit happens I don’t think or believe that it will happen to them for any reason.
I just have seen a horrible pattern over the years

I might once I get back to training but I have an app that trains me in different programs and keeps it switching I really like it the app is setup to be a personal trainer through video.
 
Yeh this is end-to-end a hypertrophy program – don’t care much about getting stronger, just want that size. Focusing on volume and progressing it has been shown to be a superior way to train according to a lot of scientists that study hypertrophy. Even when I was doing fewer roids, volume progression got me reasonably big fast! I went from not looking like I lift to looking pretty strong within 3-4 months.

Last couple nights have been difficult getting to sleep but I seem to be getting nice restful sleep now. At least I’m getting up feeling rested either way. My activity tracker is saying I only got 6 hours, but I’m not sure how accurate that is.

Maybe I pulled the trigger too fast? I’ve heard that it sometimes takes people time to adapt to being on roids, and maybe that’s what’s happening with me? I’ve got a couple days until my next shot, so we’ll see how it goes.

I feel I should also clarify my objectives too. I wanna get huge. Not big, huge. Plus, I’m an older guy — I don’t have a whole lot of time left to put on large amounts of muscle.

So as a result, yeah, I’m in a rush. I don’t wanna “run one cycle, see the results, run the next cycle”. I wanna know as soon as possible the most amount of gear I can run without serious side effects. I’m shooting for 1500-2000mg of total steroids in my system on a consistent basis.

If it looks like I’m flailing around with my dosages and drug choices, it’s because I AM. I figure that if I wanna look like a science experiment, I gotta experiment on myself and I gotta get these details figured out as fast as possible.

Does that make sense?

2 grams of gear has killed many bbers I can start rattling off the list if needed it has also caused multiple heart attacks.

Please use compounds that you don’t have to take massive amounts but put on major mass MENT is the best example low dosage and it will put more mass on than any other compound at any other level.

I just have seen to many run a gram of testosterone add nandrolone and heart doesn’t do well and the stress on the liver and kidneys nothing can protect them against 2 grams of compounds.

Just a heads up you do you im definitely going to follow but through the eyes of Harm Reduction I pray for you brother.

I look forward to seeing what comes from this experiment.

Yeh, this is the reason I’m futzing with the high test. I want to make that the base of my cycles. It’s the main male hormone after all and people pretty consistently extoll it as one of the best builders. So my strategy rn is to get the test/estrogen dialed in and then add other stuff.
 
I truly believe that if you want mass fast and now you need to run

Testosterone 400mg max
Ment whatever you can handle bp wise 50mg ed seems to work great
Proviron or drostanolone propionate

That cycle is the opposite of the andromix or cutmix test/tren/mast.

Its a anabolic cycle that will add major mass and the drostanolone will help with e2 and you will definitely need aromasin for the ment.

Yo, so after my workout I talked to this dude at my gym and it just so happens he’s also trying to get big. We exchanged contact info and are planning on starting working out together on the same template next week on Monday.

I. AM. SO. HYPE, FAM.

I’ve never had a lifting partner before. A lot of the most successful people in fitness swear that having a reliable lifting partner was a key to their success. This tracks for me.

When I was coming up in high school, I missed out. People were always working hard in the weight room and I was just trying my best not to be noticed. Nowadays I’m always jealous of people who grew up in that kind of physical culture and had it baked into them at an early age. I feel like I’m always playing catch up with those people.

Now I feel like I finally have the keys to the Lamborghini. I’ve got my nutrition in check, I’ve got a great workout program geared towards hypertrophy, the drugs are clearly working and I have all the social support I could need.

Let’s. FUCKING. GO.
