I something I work in ranges cause if you have set rep in mind your mind may just shut it down there where you have more i the tank also if I don’t hit number I don’t view it as failed set so like 10-15 if 12 is what I’m looking to hit. Or 6-10 for 8 reals
 
I have the same mind set. Everything is 15 but if I get consistent 12s, then they’re sets of of 12s. If I have to do 17 or 18 reps to get the desired affect then it’s 15 ish.
 
Legs

BB hip thrust 4 sets of 15
Partial rep hyperextension again with a BB this time 3 sets of 10
Single leg curl 3 sets of 110 w/dropset for 15
Leg extension 4 sets of 12
Hack squat 4 sets of 15.
Felt dissatisfied so I added a couple plates for a set of 8. Stripped a plate for 12 then stripped another 15. Rested only long enough to strip it. Idea stolen from the @Poppy playbook
Standing calf raise 4 sets of 12 w/ dropset for 6
 
If I’m not mistaken you’ve mentioned in your log you do alot of strip sets. Rest only long enough to pull the plates.

DB incline bench 3 sets of 12
Dips 3 sets
 
Legs

Leg press 4 sets of 25
Single leg glute extension machine 3 sets of 15
Rope pull through 3 sets of 10 paused at top and bottom
Leg curls 4 sets of 12
Single leg extension 4 sets of 15, 12, 10/12, 8/12
The last two sets I did as many as possible then used the counter weight to squeeze out a few more.

Seated calf raises. 4 sets of 12

Very congested today at the gym. Lot of people socializing and taking up space

Said fuck it and walked in the middle of the ice cream social for some DB rows 3 sets of 12 w/dropset of 10 at the end.
Will try to do some banded shrugs and maybe some curls before work if time allows.

5 weeks into cycle. Sent out some blood work and hopefully have results back soon. Currently running Test P 100 eod and NPP 100 on M-W-F. Would like to bump these up. Also running Tbol 50 Ed. Thinking I might run this an additional week (total of 6 weeks)
