Legs Again, almost exactly the same as the last one. Back is feeling better may rotate some different stuff next time.

Leg press 4 sets of 25
Glute kickback machine 4 sets of 20 15 12 12
Leg curl machine 4 sets of 15ish w/dropset
Leg extension machine 3 sets of 15 w/2 dropsets
Seated calf raises 4 sets of 12 w/ dropset

Dropped Tbol last week. Upped my Test P to 1.25 eod. NPP still MWF same dose. Glutathione lowered to 100mg daily.

Shoulders

Single arm cable lateral raise 4 sets of 12
Cable front raise 3 sets of 15
Smith machine shoulder press 4 sets of 12 w/a dropset
Upright rows on EZ Bar attempted 4 sets of 20
Behind the back BB shrugs 3 sets of 8
Regular BB shrugs 3 sets of 12
Walked down the DB rack doing shrugs
 
Left work this morning and did the elliptical for 30 minutes this morning. Then went back when I woke up and did some chest.

Hammer strength wide chest machine 4 sets of 12
DB incline press 4 sets 12 10 5 5 w/ dropset of 10
BB decline 4 sets of 12
Single arm chest fly machine 3 sets of 12
Upper peck cable fly 3 sets of 12
 
Legs

Leg press 4 sets of 25
Hack squat 4 sets of 15
Cable pull through 3 sets of 12
Glute kickback machine 3 sets of 15
Leg curl machine 4 sets of 20
Leg extension machine 4 sets of 20

Had to rest around 15 for a few seconds to blast out the 5 on both ext/curls. Didn’t have the time or strength to do calves. Maybe hit them tomorrow if time allows

Close grip pulldown 4 sets of 12
Chin ups 4 sets of not many
Seated wide grip row 4 sets of 15
DB rows 3 sets of 10
Rear delt db reverse fly SS w/ db face pulls

Hamstring curls 4 sets of 25 20 15 15
Bb hip thrust 4 sets of 15
Glute kickback machine 3 sets of 12
Cable pull through 4 sets of 10
Hack squat 4 sets of 10 then went up in weight for a 5th set of 5, stripped a plate for 10, stripped another and did 15.
Single Leg extension 3 sets to 10ish
Seated calf raise 4 sets of 12

25 minutes on an elliptical. No weight training

Straight bar pulldowns at various angles 4 sets of 15

Bent over BB rows (light weight) 5 sets of 20
Hammer strength low row machine 4 sets of 12
Facepulls SS w/ bent over db front raise 3 sets of 10
Db curls 3 sets of 10
Preacher curl machine 3 sets of 10 w/ pause at top
