Morning all. Just want to introduce my self. I’ve been lurking on the forum reading posts etc for a few months. I decided to finally sign up.
I’m 42 years and been on TRT for approximately 1 year. I’ve dabbled a bit with a few small cycles over the last year.

Height?: yes please I’m only 5ft6 lol

Weight: 172 at 15% bf

Goals; I’d like to get to 175 at 10% bf while staying healthy.

That seems possibly attainable while still being happy. Depends on what your born with I guess.

I personally could not possibly be happy below 12 percent bf. Not in my blood. Am currently having a goal of reaching 15% pretty close to it and happy. My trainer and son both Hoover around 10 percent and are both happy at 9 or 11. But miserable below 9. Gotta be both healthy and happy

Obviously 175lbs isn’t an aggressive goal but it’s far ahead of where I started. Jan 2020 I was 230lbs and between Jan and June I got down to 150lbs 15%bf (I am a fat boy at heart lol). I started Test cyp Dec 2020 @ 200mg per week. While on the 200mg cruise for roughly the past year I’ve done an 8week stint of Anavar at 50mg per day, a 6week stand of tren ace 300mg per week, and finally I just finished a 10 week run of 500mg test per week. I’ve put on roughly 20lbs over the past year doing this.
My plan is to keep cruising and do some small Add ins once and a while. While I continue to train.

That’s awesome. You maybe in the same boat as a lot of us fat boys. Dunno though you’ll have to figure it out. Be happy in what your doing and where you land. Some guys are miserable with low bf. Normally 15% bf is considered athletic. Hell clay Mathews bf was 15

Hey thanks. It was a lot of work. I kept a strict calorie log and made sure I maintained a min 1g per pound of lean body mass for protein. Basically I ate meat and veggies for 6months lol. I also walked 4-5miles (15000 steps) it didn’t matter if it rained, snowed or was 20 below zero I always hit the target. I’ve come to the conclusion I need to track calories for the rest of my life because I have no idea how much to eat intuitively lol
