My therapist recommended this workbook to me, I just started reading it today and working in it, and so far I like what I see.

If anyone else has difficulty with dealing with emotions or PTSD or behavioral issues, I would recommend picking up a copy!

It’s more so giving people who suffer from emotion/behavioral issues a workbook to follow and use to apply the skills in their everyday lives.

It goes in-depth into the behavior and cause/effect.

You never stop learning if you can take away one positive thing it’s a win getting your partner to read it would be a help too my wife and I have read a few books similar together after all your wife is your partner and your best friend
 
That makes it interesting when I looked at it I was thinking damn its a notebook like school but if its like you say then hell yeah sounds like a good read brother
