Hit chest today
Kind of a short workout today

I will be pulling bloods in two days and will not be taking TNE for the time being.
I will continue TNE use once bloods are pulled

Still waiting on the package from etalaze (no update on tracking) but am pulling bloods to make sure the test e i’m using is legit and to make sure my values are in range

Definitely feeling much more full with the cruise dose of test

What do you guys do about acne on cycle?
I’ve never had acne on cycle and for some reason i’ve been breaking out on this cruise dose
I’ve been getting a some acne on my back…
I’m guessing it’s cause of my estrogen levels
getting bloods tmw so we’ll see what’s up before i decide to take some aromasin

Just two different ways of hitting it.
I usually go super slow when shrug using the barbell
Each set of shrugs for both barbell and dumbbell shrugs I change it up.

Barbell → Hold Center of the bar (both of your hands touching) → Hold bar shoulders length → Hold far out
Dumbbell → On your sides → Hold dumbbells infront/center with your palms pronated → hold dumbbells pronated behind you

Ive been fallin out of writing up my workouts on this.
I guess its cause i dont have any incentives to do so.

Originally this log was made with the idea of having a board sponsor sponsor a log/cycle but that never happened.

Its been fun writing up workout logs and reviews for the tne from ukgear
I appreciate it!

Id love to write another log in the future but personally dont see any upside in doing this at the moment because Id chose not to log and upload pics if i didnt need to. Since my log isnt sponsored, i find it not very necessary to update this daily.

Ill still be active on the forum!

just wanted to check in!
Everythings going good
been really busy with work and stuff but haven’t missed a beat at the gym.

I got bloods pulled the other day and wanted to share with you guys the results.

I was running 175mg/week of test E and my levels of test came back at 1449.
I was running 12.5mg/week aromasin from purplepandalabs and my estro levels came back at 6.5

Looks like I obviously don’t need to be running asin at a cruise dose which is great news.
Bad news is my estrogen is way too low.
Going to be lowering my test injection to about 125mg/week.
 
@Kunt same here, my first time using the liquid from @Omni mixed with just water & was worst taste I’ve ever had lol now I mix in like a cup of juice, but during my cut I guess I’ll try it again with water lol @Omni you should add some flavor brother lol
