Let’s get back to Bodybuilding

I need to try it in the air fryer. Only thing I don't like about the air fryer is cleaning all the parts. At least ours is a mess whenever we use it. Not as convenient for me as just wadding up a foil ball and throwing away but we don't have a broiler here.
That is definitely the worst part. But I don’t have an oven so I just suck it up and clean it.

No I went for the cheaper option with wires. I can already tell they will be a pain. My buddy had the wireless one and said it was worth it. He would just sit at work with them on and running.
I'll start looking for the sales on Amazon and see if can find one on their deal days. Having pets and kids walking around with wires hanging is a pain.

Haha yeah I didn’t even think about how annoying that would be. I got mine caught on a door knob and immediately wish I had gone wireless.

Update to the compex! I’m gonna experiment with their strength settings pre workout to see if I can get lagging muscles to “be warm”/ contract better.

My left tricep has been doodoo since I hurt my elbow. With the compex it definitely gets a full contraction.

There's a study about using it during the workout. I tried it and actually liked it. The downside was the wires.
