Been slacking a bit but I’ve still been hitting PPL. Found every other day is working good. 10 weeks in at this point. So blood work next week. Weighed tonight and weight has jumped to 199.7 @esquellabs Mass Stack is definitely kicking now.

Do you drop weight when it starts get hot?

I used drop 10 pounds on the first 85-90 degree day. Not so much now.

Yes sir. I start sweating it off during the summer. Summer out here makes it tough to gain. @John I’ll take that as a compliment

I just weigh ever couple of weeks. Food hasn’t changed though. I keep eating more and more it seems like.

I always wear a tank top under my shirts and for about two weeks now you can see the salt in them like I wore them in the ocean.

That’s my usual breakfast. I’m eating steak almost all meals. Every so often a little something different.
