Finished my vial of GC blend Tren a mast P. 150/150…
And of course I have two more vials damn it. Going to leave those be. Massive pump today and took L-Arginine with anadrol 50. Forearms were beat red doing biceps. That never happens. Anyhow since those are short esters I’m going to try again eventually and see what a comfortable Max is for dosage obviously 750 isn’t it. 450 feels good maybe I can push it to 600 and see how I feel if not I’ll keep it at 4:50. Better to check with an a than an E. Have a couple more shots of my test left and it’s on to platinum.

I hate posing when you have a time clock and are trying to find a good angle anyhow right arm was hard to pull back it was a little too pumped up.

Definitely looking good, Bro! It’s cool to see actual gains in pics, because I know that you looking at yourself, like all of us is frustrating with the thought that you don’t see enough changes quickly enough.
 
Well we see ourselves every day so it’s hard to see the change for sure. But it feels good and I feel good thank you. I posted a picture on January 28th with the same pose and it is a big difference and no weight gain at all just lean gains. I’ll post those two pics together after I get off work. One month difference

I’ve got to get better at doing monthly pics and wife gets on my ass all the time about, so I. A see what she sees that I don’t see in myself.

Only thing I do consistently is get my Dexa scan and labs.
 
I have a squat rack, Smith machine… Leg press and trap bar… It’s a fucking University gym where they have the bare minimal especially over here in Maine. They did have a new gym open up around here but the motherfuckers charge 70 bucks a month… I’m low income so the university gives it to me for 12…$150 up front for the year

Oh, gotcha! That’s a damn good price and I understand use what they have. We use our military base gym half the time and pay for another gym that’s primarily IFBB folks, which is why we use both to take a break. University gyms are sometimes super nice, but not sure about Maine, as I’ve been there a bunch, but seeing as how there’s more Moose than people, I can see what you’re saying about your University gym having minimal.

The reason I asked, is because I gained a lot on my thighs and hamstrings using the V-Squat machine, which is plate loaded. Works great for squats and do it backwards as RDL’s.
 
I love it up here land is still cheap. 20 grand for 50 acres can’t really beat that. I saw this one place had a house on it with 186 acres for half a mil. Shit down south in Florida you was lucky to get 1 acre for 20k… People are decent crime is definitely at the bare minimal. Never hear any fucking sirens at all. Yes it sucks I have to use what I can. I need to get back on the walking lunges those really give my leg a good burn … And soreness the day after. Not a good leg day today was having some wicked back pumps which I haven’t had in a while must be the increase in test. Shit I was getting a back pump just making my protein shake before I went to the gym…🤣🤣🤣🤷… Having a belt during squats really helps the body felt more in control than it usually is, nice and stable. Nothing heavy just 225… Hamstrings got the bare minimal with the back pumps. As in whatever incorporation they gave helping the quad workout and some seated leg curls… Fuck it …
