This is the app I use for tracking my macros. As a diabetic, carb counting is paramount. As you can see the app has designated well over 200 grams of carbs a day and only 112 grams of protein. This is actually exactly opposite of my needs… but I don’t care. I just use the app to keep track of what I stuff in my face.
The actual calorie count is actually close according to the internet and my goal of fat loss. BUT… As I do most things the difficult way and shoot for the moon. I’m trying to build muscle while losing fat. So far, by dialing my personal needs in, I’ve been pretty successful.
Ive got abs AND my work slacks are all filling out thru the quads… my work polos are all filling out thru the chest and shoulders.
