My current situation and plan

This week is my long night shift week. I begin training again Sunday night then 2 times per day until I start work again mid week. I’m noticing some positive changes in my shoulders and traps lately.

Test E 0.5 ml 4 times per week. Needle is too short so I’m getting some leakage.
I do take DIM and a few other supplements to help control estrogen and so far so good. Weight is up by about 12 pounds but seems to be more stable. I have noticed my appetite is up and this week I broke my keto diet with some rice two times this week. Weight seems to have stayed the same anyway.

My gym strength is back to pre covid and a little stronger with arms. Chest/legs is a little weaker this week but my endurance for longer sets is way up. I’m sleeping worse but I work nights so who knows. Next week I have additional time off so my gym will be much higher. I normally get 4-5 days per week now.

I’m thinking about adding 0.5ml extra per week for a total of 2.0. I do get minor leakage and absorbing within different muscles has variations. Does anyone see any issues with this? @Bigmurph @Dirtnasty @Rusty @Optumpharma @BigSwole69

Going up a little on the test should be good brother. More doesn’t always mean better but if op is saying go ahead I will stick with him.

Glad to see you are pulling out of the slump! Keep pushing it one day at a time.

I leave the needle in for about ten seconds after injection before pulling it out and it keeps my juice from leaking.
 
I have found the same thing. This week I did my upper arm to give that area a rest and it’s still uncomfortable after two days.
 
Back in 2008/2009 I was diagnosed with low T. My doctor put me on a program and I ran a cycle several months later on/off until 2011. From 2011 to 2016 doctors had everything dial in. I was knocking out pushups like crazy. Fast forward to today 2021 and I’m a little stronger in the gym but my ability to do push-ups without massive pain and stands at 10. My bench press is solid 250 but I could go higher. It’s as if I lost micro muscle over the last few years that allowed me to do those exercises.
 
This week started off horrible with a massive 2 day headache. I did workout Sun, Mon, Tue, and now back on night shift Wends and Thurs. I have Fri-Tue off starting this week so hoping to get good gym time.

I can tell muscle memory is beginning to kick in and some of my injuries like back and shoulders feel better. A few exercises that I had to quit are now back with weight increasing weekly now.

On a bad note my weight is rising like crazy and that might have been a BP headache. With less time available for workouts due to gym closing early I have cut my cardio out by 80%. I feel stronger and my chest/shoulders seem to be getting back to 2009 levels faster now. I do plan on some maxing later this week to test out my old muscle that seems to be returning.

Once I get my HCG going I expect more positive changes faster like before. I used to run my low T protocol with Cialis, HCG, and HGH all at the same time living Asia. Does anyone see an issue with that? @Optumpharma @Bigmurph @Dirtnasty @Rusty And a few times I added in winstrol or Sus.

Continue while cruising after my blast. HCG GH Cialis and Test and Anastrozole . I see that option pushed at my TRT clinic. They call it the performance package.

I hate hate hate cardio so I would embrace it as a blessing and focus on my strength because it MAKES ME HAPPY. NO other reason!!! But I am not you. Your gonna have to adjust your goals maybe. But the reason we are on TRT and go to the gym is for our mental well being. MY OPINION!!!

If you’re getting bp headaches take that seriously and definitely monitor your bp if you’re running high hit the doctor and possibly go with medication if needed.

I would be careful adding sustanon just because of all the different esters but if you like winstrol you can add it to your trt protocol. Watch out for your tendons and joints while using it though
 
@vetvso i would suggest what you stated. Test cyp, hcg, hgh and arimidex would do great for you. Then I would also use hydrocloradiazide to help with water retention.

I would also like to see your blood work to see your hemoglobin and hemocrit levels as you might need to donate blood.

I love HGH and HCG personally. More energy and less pain for me. I had to look up the hydro stuff but looks right up what you are needing too but I trust OP so I think with with everyone man you’re on the right track
 
I thought I would list what I use for minor sides.
  1. DIM
  2. Tonalin
  3. Indoor-3-carbinol
This takes any minor tenderness or negative hormone issues away. I have Nova on hand if it gets serious. I don’t take it every day unless I think there is and issue. Hopefully this helps someone else and save some money.
 
Okay 22 days since I went back on TRT. I am off KETO as of last week due to a crazy urge to eat more. No junk food but I have had more vegetable carbs but little bread. I have gained 15 pounds and my older muscle seems to be returning. Seems to be all going to the upper body so far. Today in the gym I felt so strong I had to force myself to throttle down. I don’t really feel different mentally. Sex drive has not changed much really and I’m still using Winstrol at 20 per day split morning-evening. I have had some joint sides in my right arm and a tender spot on top of my shoulder bone. When this happened I just drop it for 12-24hrs and the issues go away and I can start back up again. I’m getting close to having my total supplies soon HCG, HGH, and maybe something else. I’m just concerned with the extra weight and possible BP issues but all is well right now. I’m getting some equipment and plan on logging my BP and O2 levels daily soon.

I take:
  1. DIM
  2. Tonalin
  3. Indoor-3-carbinol
  4. Novo only as needed
  5. Test E 1ml 2 times per week Mon and Thurs
  6. Winstrol 2 times per day unless joint issue then less
 
I am being careful because muscle memory is a serious thing and I don’t want to gain weight too fast. This week I’m working my legs and chest really hard while I’m off.
 
It’s been over 3 weeks now and I have more lethargic gym days then good days now. The Test E is working but not to the extent as it did 5 years ago. I currently at 2 ML per week Monday and Thursday. Now my original levels are very low and I’m wondering if I should increase the dosage little by little up to 2.5 - 3.0 per week. Any suggestions @Optumpharma @BigSwole69 @Rusty @Bigmurph Or should I just wait a few more weeks?
