Need help getting to sleep

I take cbdMD’s sleep along with my ambien… Best nights of sleep i have ever gotten…
Even taking ambien i’d wake up frequently. Some nights i’d take up to 20mg of ambien (over a course of a few hours) just to sleep…

Yeah, I’d suggest vaping CBD , since it has a better absorbtion rate then the liquid oral or capsules. I would recommend a higher concentrated dose, the effect of lower doses seems hardly noticeable. 1000mg per oz OR 400mg cartridge minimum.

Not prescription or OTC Meds, but the Chilipad worked wonders for me. You can get one to just fit your side of the bed. I think temperature ranges from 55 to 110 degrees. I tend to sleep hot, so setting it to 55 has been my go to to sleep very well and not sweat at all even with a lot of covers. And no I don’t work for that company or get incentives for others!

Its true I have seen the ac that blows under the covers I myself have tried the pillow that’s supposed to stay cold but that was a waste of money.
Honestly for me it’s sleep naked with a sheet over my feet and my ac vent blows right on my bed. I haven’t tried what you mentioned what’s the cost on something like that?

Any of you guys have trouble with restless legs at night? I never used too till after I quite the oxys, now it’s like that withdrawal feeling with the restless legs, damn I’d like to get rid of it, been about 15 months!

Chilipad is different as it is water cooled/heated through small channels in the pad. I saw the AC blower ones and for the most part they had bad reviews.

Regarding price it varies a lot depending on if you just need a half bed size or full. I got the half king for about 550, as I had a coupon and my wife didn’t really care about her side. I think half queens are 499 and half kings are 599. Usually you can find a coupon for ~20% off online.
