Need help getting to sleep

I take NyQuil cold and flu every night.
It relaxes me and I fall asleep after a couple hours. I’m only on test and deca so sleep isn’t bad like when I was on Tren.

Doxylamamine succinate (sp?) is the compound in NyQuil that is the most powerful sleep aid in my opinion. Active ingredient in unisom. Easy to get and you can skip the added liver toxicity that comes with acetaminophen if you like. I think it’s only 6.25 mg in NyQuil but a unisom is 25 mg

Im inject. Test e or c. 350 a week. I’ve always drank so. I fell asleep easily. I’m done with the drinking for good and can’t sleep

It takes awhile to get back to normal took me almost a year before I could sleep again once I got clean.

Have you tried Lunesta, Sonata, Ambien??

Another not so commonly prescribed one that wasn’t initially given to aid with sleep is Remeron, and trust me, it works pretty well. Only downside is that you can’t use it as long as you would Ambien, Lunesta, or Sonata drug classes sleeping medication, because you will build up tolerance, even after tapering dose up per directions.

Depending on the dosing of the Ambien you have and how old it is (loses a little potency as it ages), start with the lower dose (i.e. 5MG). Most of the 10MG Tabs split pretty easy, but you may have the 5MG Tabs anyway, making it a moot point.

I highly recommend CBD Oil, it’s non psychoactive and federally legal so you can purchase it from Amazon, Ebay ect.

It reduces aches, pains, headaches, migranes, anxiety, stress and it’s amazing for sleep not to mention it’s healing properties.

If you’re sensitive to THC just avoid full spectrum CBD since it has a small amount of THC present. It may take a bit of experimenting to see what works best, you can smoke, vape or take liquid form under your tongue. It’s hard to find good quality though, suppliers have always been hit or miss with me.

10mg makes people weird… If you can get away with doing 5mg, i’d definitely try that first.

Shiiiitt I drop 12.5mg AmbienCR like they are skittles back in the day. Before my fix was Trazodone. But apparently doesn’t work for everyone. I still have a couple bottles of Ambien from my no sleep days.
